Chimchurri is a very versatile sauce that is also full of healthy benefits. This recipe is rich with Parsley. Parsley carries more vitamin K than practically any other source, which makes it a great combatant against degenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s. Parsley also helps detoxify and cleanse the blood of mercury and other toxins and also promotes intestinal health, due to its high fiber content.

  • 1 cup Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/8 cup Red Wine Vinegar


  1. In a food processor or blender blend all the liquids with the garlic first then add the remaining ingredients. 
  2. Blend for 8-10 seconds for a blender, or in a food processor blend for several pulses until well broken down but stop before it is pureed. 

Recipe Notes

Get creative! Chimchurri sauce can be used as anything from a spread to a garnish. Add it to steak as a spread, use it with grilled vegetables. The options are endless!
